We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Assistant Manager to lead sales operations, manage team performance, and ensure excellent customer experience across our retail and cycling operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple business functions.
This role involves managing showroom sales, handling corporate partnerships, supporting events, and driving overall business growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Drive sales of bicycles, accessories, rentals, service plans, and events
Monitor daily sales performance and improve conversion rates
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
Allocate leads and ensure timely customer follow-ups
Conduct daily sales meetings and product training sessions
Monitor team productivity and performance
Handle key customers and high-value sales opportunities
Manage customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop corporate partnerships and institutional sales
Support bulk orders, rental tie-ups, and promotional collaborations
Ensure smooth showroom operations and stock availability
Coordinate with logistics, service, and event teams
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Analyse sales trends, conversion ratios, and business performance
Share market insights and competitor analysis with management
Plan and execute cycling events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
Support weekend rides and corporate activities
Participate in outdoor marketing and field sales initiatives
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Good analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
Willingness to work on weekends and during events when required
Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
2–5 years of experience in sales or retail operations
Experience in bicycle, automobile, fitness, retail, or lifestyle industry is an added advantage
Minimum 1 year of experience in a team handling or supervisory role preferred
