We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing cycling retail team. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, generating leads, and promoting bicycles, accessories, rentals, and related services.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to create a positive customer experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Drive sales of bicycles, accessories, rentals, and service packages
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, events, and field activities
Convert customer enquiries into successful sales through effective product demonstrations
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Provide information about pricing, offers, finance options, and warranty support
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain updated knowledge of cycle models, accessories, and services
Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and stock visibility
Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth delivery and after-sales support
Update daily sales reports and lead follow-up records
Maintain customer databases and sales documentation accurately
Share customer feedback and competitor insights with management
Participate in promotional campaigns, cycling events, and roadshows
Support weekend rides and outdoor marketing activities
Represent the brand during corporate and community events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with persuasive selling ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp)
Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and coordination skills
Flexibility to work weekends and during events
Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
1–3 years of experience in retail, automobile, bicycle, fitness, or lifestyle sales is preferred
