About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Service Executive to join our cycling service team. The role involves bicycle servicing, repairs, assembly, quality checks, and customer support to ensure an excellent riding experience for every customer.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of bicycle mechanics, attention to detail, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Bicycle Service & Repairs

  • Perform general servicing, periodic maintenance, and repairs for bicycles

  • Assemble new bicycles and complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI)

  • Adjust brakes, gears, chains, wheels, and bearings

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to frames, drivetrains, and accessories

Rental & Quality Maintenance

  • Maintain rental bicycles in excellent working condition

  • Conduct quality checks before customer delivery

  • Ensure bicycles meet company service standards

Customer Support

  • Explain completed service work and maintenance tips to customers

  • Provide professional and friendly customer assistance

  • Handle basic customer queries related to bicycle maintenance

Service Operations

  • Maintain service job cards and repair records

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and service area

  • Support service camps, cycling events, and outdoor activities when required

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of bicycle servicing and components

  • Ability to handle MTB, road bikes, gear cycles, and kids’ bicycles

  • Basic understanding of brake systems including disc, V-brake, and caliper brakes

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Good time management and teamwork

  • Customer-friendly communication skills

  • Physically fit to handle bicycles and workshop equipment

Performance Expectations

  • High-quality service with minimal repeat complaints

  • Timely completion of servicing and repairs

  • Proper maintenance of rental bicycles

  • Positive customer feedback and satisfaction

  • Adherence to company service standards

Qualification & Experience

  • 10th / 12th / ITI (Mechanical) preferred

  • Bicycle servicing certification or workshop training is an added advantage

  • Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in bicycle servicing

  • Experience in sports retail or multi-brand bicycle service is a plus
