Terms and Conditions – Products and Accessories

Cancellation & Refund

  1. All bicycles/products sold through JBC are put through stringent and thorough quality checks prior to being shipped to you. JBC only ships original products to ensure complete satisfaction of usage for the bicycle/product ordered by you. Cancellation/Refund requests shall be entertained only in the circumstances mentioned below.
  2. TRANSIT RELATED DAMAGES: In case of any transit damage to the bicycle/product, you shall intimate the same to JBC within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of initial receipt of the product. For the purpose of verifying the claim, the following shall be emailed to online@justbuycycles.in:
    1. Picture/video (in case of moving parts) of the damage;
    2. Invoice copy of the bicycle/product; and
    3. Picture of the frame number on the bicycle.
  3. JBC shall assess the extent of damage to the bicycle/product and shall use its best efforts to ensure the same is rectified to your satisfaction, either by replacing the damaged part or reimbursing the cost of service to you. If such damage cannot be rectified, JBC shall process the return of the product and either replace the bicycle/product or refund the money paid by you.
  4. WARRANTY CLAIMS: For any warranty-related issues that arise with a bicycle/product after delivery, you shall communicate the same to JBC at online@justbuycycles.in, along with the following information:
    Picture/video (in case of moving parts) of the damage;
    Invoice copy of the bicycle/product; and
    Picture of the frame number on the bicycle.
  5. JBC shall, taking into consideration the warranty terms set out by each brand, liaise with such brand to address the issue on a best-effort basis. Any replacement part/product related to the issue shall be shipped to you free of cost. If the issue cannot be rectified, JBC shall process the return of the product and either replace the bicycle/product or refund the money paid by you.
  6. Further Stipulations: If you still wish to proceed and cancel your order, a nominal cancellation charge of Rs. 1,200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred only), along with a transaction reversal fee of 2.5% (Two and a Half Percent) of the amount paid, will be deducted prior to processing your refund, along with any other incidental charges. This shall be at the sole discretion of the JBC Customer Support Team. If the product has already been shipped either from the brand's warehouse or from JBC's warehouse prior to a cancellation request being raised, such cancellation request will not be entertained.
  7. REFUND PROCESS - If a refund is approved by JBC, the mode of refund will depend on your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, debit card, or internet banking, refunds will be sent to the respective bank within 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) business days of receipt of the returned item or the cancellation request. Terms and Conditions - 24hr Dispatch

  1. All orders earmarked for 24-hour dispatch shall be placed on or before 12:00 p.m. on a particular day. Orders placed within this time frame will be processed for dispatch by the end of the next working day, i.e., 7:00 p.m. This is applicable for orders placed between Monday and Thursday.
  2. Any order placed on a Friday shall be taken up for processing on the subsequent Monday of the following week. All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays shall be processed on Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week, respectively.
  3. There shall be no cancellation of orders placed under the 24-hour dispatch process.
  4. All deliveries will happen within the timeline indicated when you enter the pin code of your location.

Terms and Conditions - Service At Home

The following documentation is intended to provide users with information about the Terms and Conditions that govern ChooseMyBicycles' Service At Home service:

  1. Please read the package details carefully before choosing a service package, as prices include only the services listed.
  2. Prices do not include rectifying wheel bends or accident damage.
  3. Replacement of bike part(s) will be charged additionally.
  4. The service cannot be changed once it is booked.
  5. The service is non-transferable.
  6. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the selected service time slot.
  7. Rescheduling can be done only up to 2 hours prior to the service time slot (not applicable for the morning slot).
  8. The service can only be rescheduled once. If the service is not availed the second time, it will automatically be treated as cancelled, without a refund.
  9. Once the service is booked, you do not have to pay any amount to the JBC technician for the service, except where bike parts are replaced.
  10. If the service is cancelled at the doorstep by the customer for any reason, no refund will be provided.
  11. In case of parts replacement, the technician will provide you with the cost details, and you can make the payment directly to the technician.
  12. Service time depends on the condition of the bicycle; however, most services will take approximately 30 to 90 minutes.
  13. To service your bike, we require space such as a car park, balcony, or lobby. We request customers to provide a space free of pets and children to avoid accidents.
