TERMS & CONDITIONS — POSTER VERSION
1. The campaign is valid from 5 October 2026 to 10 November 2026.
2. Participants must download the JusRide app and register/log in to participate in the campaign.
3. Participants must follow Just Buy Cycles' official Instagram and YouTube channels.
4. A total of 230 eligible participants will be selected as winners during the campaign period.
5. Winners will be announced through Just Buy Cycles' official Instagram and YouTube channels and/or live sessions.
6. Winners must provide valid government-issued ID proof, purchase details and registered contact information for verification before claiming the prize.
7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Prize models, colours, specifications and variants are subject to availability. Product images used in promotional materials are for representational purposes only.
9. Each participant will be eligible to win only one gift in accordance with the campaign eligibility and winner-selection criteria.
10. Winners must claim their prizes within the period communicated by Just Buy Cycles. Failure to claim a prize
within the stipulated period of 30 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.
11. Any applicable taxes, statutory charges, duties or documentation requirements related to the prizes shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. Employees of JBC Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Just Buy Cycles, Just Buy Electric, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
13. JBC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify entries, reject or disqualify fraudulent, incomplete or invalid entries, and modify, suspend or withdraw the campaign where reasonably necessary, without prior notice.
14. Participation in the campaign shall be deemed as the participant's acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The decision of JBC Ventures Pvt. Ltd./Just Buy Cycles regarding eligibility, winner selection and administration
of the campaign shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
15. JBC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the warranty, servicing or replacement of prizes provided by third-party manufacturers or brands. Any applicable warranty shall be governed solely by the respective
manufacturer's warranty policy and terms.
16. Winners will be selected through a computerized/randomized online lucky draw system from among eligible participants. The selection shall be conducted in accordance with the campaign criteria.
17. The aggregate Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the 230 prizes is approximately 7.3 lakh. Actual retail prices may vary depending on market conditions, seller pricing, availability and other factors beyond the control of
JBC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. No cash or price difference shall be payable to winners due to any variation in the retail
value of a prize.
18. The campaign is applicable to eligible online and offline customers of JustBuyCycles and JustBuyElectric who purchase a bicycle, electric bicycle (E-Bicycle), E-Motocross or E-Scooter during the campaign period, subject to the applicable campaign eligibility criteria service and accessories customer are not eligible for the campaign.
